Welcome to Litrato! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is required to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding date.

  • Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until the booking fee is received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The retainer fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you cancel your booking:

    • More than 12 months before the wedding: any additional payments made (excluding retainer fee) will be refunded.

    • Less than 12 months: no refund will be given.

  • In the unlikely event we must cancel, you will receive a full refund including the retainer fee.

3. Image Delivery

  • Edited photos will be delivered between 2 weeks and 2 months via Pic-time.

  • RAW (unedited) images are not provided unless previously agreed upon in writing.

  • We retain the right to artistic discretion in selecting which images are delivered.

4. Copyright & Usage

  • Litrato retains full copyright of all images.

  • Clients are granted a personal license to print, share, and use images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Commercial use, resale, or publication of images without written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Cooperation

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate details and a realistic timeline for the wedding day.

  • We are not responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation, unplanned events, or restrictions imposed by venues or officials.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver images due to events beyond our control, including equipment failure, illness, or acts of God.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid under this agreement.

7. Travel & Accommodation

  • Travel within Sydney is included.

  • For weddings outside this area, reasonable travel and/or accommodation fees will apply and be discussed in advance.

8. Model Release

  • By entering this agreement, you grant Litrato permission to use your images for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used solely for booking and delivering services and will never be sold or shared.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
